“Integration of the electronic signature” App Privacy Policy

“e2e4gu.ru” Company (IP Potapenko Vadim Alexandrovich) (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you installation our Application (the “Application”)
in Bitrix24. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason.
You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online store (Marketplаce) from which you install the Application or make payments.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party software (Bitrix24) for which you install App., which may also collect and use data about you.
We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.


COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways.
The information we may collect via the Application depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:

Personal Data:
- URL your website (URL your Bitrix24 portal);
- information about your Bitrix24 tariff;
- Company name or/and customer name;
- Сustomer email,
that you voluntarily give to us When installation “Integration of the electronic signature” App via Marketplаce in your Bitrix24.
You don't register in App, we use the credentials of the Bitrix24 admin.

Data for integration with third-party services:
- Integrator key;
- Secret key,
that you voluntarily give for integration with DocuSign.

- api access tokens,
which we receive after your authorization in Adobe Sign and HelloSign services for integration with this services.

Your login details and signature details is processed by electronic signature services (we don't store this information) and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

Derivative Data:
Information servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, as well as other interactions with the Application and other users via server log files.
When you install the App it gets access in following sections of your Bitrix24:
- CRM;
- Disk;
- Users;
- Lists;
- The structure of the company;
- Data store;
- Chat and notifications.
We store ID elements for these partitions, but we don't directly store data from these partitions.

Financial Data:
When you pay App, you may be asked to provide financial information (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date).
The foregoing information is collected and processed by online payment services [Paypal] (we don't store financial information) and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

You never have to answer any questions, and you can decline this exchange of information at any time. However, if you should choose to withhold requested information, we may not be able to provide you with App or some App functionality.


USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Having described information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience.
Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:
1. Integrate the App into your Bitrix24;
2. Provide and extend the trial period;
3. Provide you with technical support and assistance in using App;
4. Assist law enforcement and respond to subpoena;
5. Compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for use internally or with third parties;
6. Deliver targeted advertising, coupons, newsletters, and other information regarding promotions and the Application to you;
7. Email you regarding your account or order;
8. Fulfill and manage purchases, orders, payments, and other transactions related to the Application;
9. Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Application;
10. Notify you of updates to the Application;
11. Offer new products, services, mobile applications, and/or recommendations to you;
12. Perform other business activities as needed;
13. Request feedback and contact you about your use of the Application;
14. Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems;
15. Respond to product and customer service requests;
16. Send you a newsletter;

We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other sites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Application.


SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION


We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.


CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems [and our mobile applications] include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

You don't register in App, we use the credentials of the Bitrix24 admin.
You may at any time uninstall the App in Bitrix24.

If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from us, you may opt-out by contacting us using the contact information provided below.
